Refund policy
Returns - Change of Mind
We accept returns for Change of Mind, simply send your order back within 14 days from your order date.
Orders returned for Change of Mind will receive a store credit.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (spraying an item once means it has been used) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any free gifts provided must also be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included with your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are certain situations where no credit may be provided, or a partial credit is granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or if the free gift provided (if applicable) is also not returned especially if part of a promotion with a full sized item.
- If your returned item has been used, this includes spraying it once, a small amount will be deducted per item that has been used if the return is accepted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items or end of line items cannot be sent back for change of mind.
Please Note:
- This is only for items on Sale or discontinued items, I.E Christmas or anything in our End of Line tab.
- If you have purchased anything in a bundle or with a discount code, that is eligible for a change of mind return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are not applicable for Change of Mind returns.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you are returning due to a manufacturers fault. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns - Next Steps
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of your order amount will be sent out to you in the form of a gift card.
Damages/Issues With Order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To help us speed up this process for you, please send a photo of the problem along with your message.
Returns - Faulty Goods
Faulty Goods Return Policy
If your purchase is deemed faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect, we’re here to make it right. To initiate a return, please contact us providing details of the fault along.
Once the fault is verified, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a choice of on of the following at our discretion: a replacement item, a store credit, or a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
