Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on, then quick press to alternate between speed settings. There are three speed settings:

  1. One Light - 8 second bursts every 5 minutes
  2. Two Lights - 15 second bursts every 3 minutes
  3. Three Lights - 15 second bursts every 2 minutes
