Don’t waste your money
Severe excoriation to under arms and redness to bikini area. Didn’t work on my legs and also left a red mark. I don’t have corse hair or sensitive skin. Doesn’t work.

Hi Katie, I'm sorry to hear you have had trouble with this however please note that you should NOT be using this on your underarms, or sensitive areas as per the instructions. There is a technique to using the product and the item should not be causing redness or pain. Please reach out to hello@marygrace.com.au so I can assist you further!

Amazing
Can’t believe how well this works. Everyone might be getting one for Xmas

Was hoping for more
It is extremely time consuming and quite a work out in itself to remove the hair this way. Also can leave quite a rash with the constant friction in rubbing in circles. Was hoping for my daughter to use this instead of shaving but its just to difficult to use
Mary Grace
Hi Laura, it's definitely slower than shaving however if it's taking so long that it's leaving a rash we think it might not be used correctly, as that shouldn't occur! Please don't hesitate to reach out so I can assist further! xx

Works!
Good so far! It is very good at both exfoliating and removing hair, and it is indeed painless. Exactly what I expected. Thanks!!

Crystal hair remover
I think it’s great for leg hair removal but you do need to put some pressure and go over and over same spot , brought one for my 15 year old daughter too and she love it aswell but can’t get it to work on bikini line or under arms
Mary Grace
Hi Paula, I’m so glad you like it! Please note, as per directions we don’t recommend use on sensitive areas like underarms, and bikini line depends on hair type. It’s harder as it’s not as flat a surface as arms or legs.Xx
