AustraliaI had to relight this candle a lot as it would go out on it’s own. Scent was lovely but a lot of liquid would build up and would not allow any light to go out.
Hi Aimee, thank you so much for your feedback! Would you mind sending through a photo of the candle? It sounds liked it hasn't been burnt out to the edge before re-lighting which would mean that there is then too much wax surrounding the flame and causes it to drown. A general rule of thumb with any candle is to burn all the way out to the edge before extinguishing, on every burn! There are ways to fix it so you can get the best out of your candle, if you'd like to send me through a message I can help you out!! Mary Xx
